 We are proud to influence retailers and consumers with our unique growing/harvesting methodologies and with our 100% natural wild dry figs and their variations.  

We partner with local farmers around the globe to source wild dry figs and train them with old-school growing and harvesting methods that are used for centuries. Our fig products are wild, %100 natural, and free of any fertilizers used for growing or chemicals that are used for sanitizing.

We always aim to have minimum impact on nature and our Alabanda-L, Aphrodisias-M and Baby Caria-XS dry figs are ripened on the world famous Ficus Carica trees, and dried under the Mediterranean sun on its branches -an ancient method of growing figs- dating back 10.000 years. 

Our dry figs are grouped by size -Alabanda-L, Aphrodisias-M, Calabacita-S and Baby Caria-XS- and packed for fig lovers after reaching the ideal moisture level!
